Yes, requests are welcome and accommodated whenever possible. Indicate your preferred therapist or techniques (swedish, deep tissue, sports) when booking or on your intake form to help us match you appropriately.

Certain conditions like open wounds, uncontrolled seizures, severe heart or respiratory issues, or recent surgeries may require medical clearance. Pregnant clients should consult their physician; always disclose health concerns during booking.

Most people feel refreshed but deeply relaxed after floating. We recommend resting, hydrating, and giving yourself 15–30 minutes before driving or returning to strenuous work, especially if you feel lightheaded or groggy.
